Who we are....
|
Y'hi Ohr Ministries was founded by Forest and Andrea Acker in 2021 with the goal of inspiring believers to learn Hebrew and Torah.
Andrea Acker is a Wife, Mother, Homeschool Teacher, Musician (as Aja Jade), Hebrew Instructor, and Composer. Her primary goal is to serve Adonai with all of her heart, spirit, and assets. To this end, she offers all of her programs for free or on a donation basis, sells all books and her own music at cost and trusts YAH to inspire believers to support her in her work the same way the Talmidim did under the direction of Yeshua. He has never failed to be faithful to her in this. If you have the means to help support this Ministry and are moved to do so you can make a donation by clicking or scanning the QR code below. You can also opt to enroll in our donation based Live Class Option, to become a supporting Member of Yihi Ohr. |
NOTE: We are NOT a 501c3 because it is a way the government controls ministries and prevents small ministries from operating.

TAX EXEMPT STATUS:
We are a not for profit Ministry and all we do is for the glory of the Kingdom. All proceeds benefit the projects we are engaged in, at this time that includes the Mizmorim cHayim Project, our Biblical Hebrew Courses, and Torah Classes. All donations are tax deductible. WE ARE NOT A 501 (c)(3) because we operate under the authority of YEHOVAH ALONE and are protected by the religious statutes of United States Law which forbids the IRS from requiring churches to apply for tax exempt status.
Most people do not realize this but "Churches (including integrated auxiliaries and conventions or associations of churches) that meet the requirements of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code are automatically considered tax exempt and are not required to apply for and obtain recognition of exempt status from the IRS. Donors are allowed to claim a charitable deduction for donations to a church that meets the section 501(c)(3) requirements even though the church has neither sought nor received IRS recognition that it is tax exempt. In addition, because churches and certain other religious organizations are not required to file an annual return or notice with the IRS, they are not subject to automatic revocation of exemption for failure to file."
